At Joanne Stone Design, each piece is carefully crafted and shipped with the utmost attention and care. All our shipments are fully insured to ensure the safety of your order until it reaches you.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as a signature is required upon delivery to guarantee safe receipt of your package.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment at every stage.

Jewelry Shipping

• In-stock pieces: Delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
  

• Made-to-order pieces: Delivered within 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the production schedule.

• Shipping Costs: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all jewelry orders.
  

Please note that all timelines are estimates and may vary during high-demand periods or due to carrier delays.

Lighting & Installation Projects

For custom lighting pieces and installation projects, shipping and delivery are coordinated individually once the design and installation plan are finalized.
Our team will provide a detailed delivery schedule and shipping arrangements as part of the design process.
