Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Joanne Stone Design purchase. We accept returns for eligible jewelry pieces within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Please note:

• Returns must include the original sales receipt or packing slip.
  

• OnSale products, Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order, items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  

• For lighting and installation projects, all sales are final once the design has been approved and production has begun.
