There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control.

Signature Requirement

• All orders over $1000 USD, engagement rings, and vintage pieces may require a signature upon delivery.

• Please give us ample time for us to ship your order. There may be delays during peak seasons, including holidays.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer free domestic returns on regular-priced orders within seven days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Please email hello@joannestonedesign.com for a return label that will be sent to the original email address associated with the order. Merchandise will be reimbursed as Joanne Stone Design Credit and will not include original shipping charges.

Custom Designs may not be canceled or returned. They are non-refundable. If you wish to purchase a different item, the original item should be returned to Joanne Stone Design and a new order can be placed.
