How do I check the status of my order?
We send the tracking number when your order is processed, and you can always call the store if you need additional information.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes. Please see further details on our International shipping policy.
Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, but we may require further information or verification which is for your security. Additionally, please note that we require signature upon delivery to further protect your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
joannestondesign.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, in addition to PayPal.
Your credit card will be charged at the point of purchase. Special orders will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of order.
Sales tax will be added to only shipments made within the State of Florida Sales tax also applies to shipping charges.
Do you offer payment plans or financing options?

Do you gift wrap?
The piece will come in a beautiful pouch, with a hand written description of the piece and stone, and a certificate of authenticity. It is closed with a satin ribbon. If the piece is a one of a kind or part of a series, the edition # will come inscribed inside the ring shank or on the necklace tag. The earrings will not have the inscription as they are too delicate and small to be inscribed. They will however have the number on the certificate.
If I order an item that is out of stock, when can I expect it?
We carry items in stock, however, there are some collections which may be on re-order or need to be special ordered. Upon ordering, you will be charged a half deposit. We will make every effort to expedite your special order and to be realistic in our estimated delivery time. Please have patience, as your special order is being made especially for you and can generally take from 2 to 8 weeks. Naturally, special orders are final sales, and if you don't want to wait, you have the option to cancel within 24 hours.
Are any special modifications to your designs available (I need a longer length necklace; I cannot maneuver the clasp shown; the ring looks easily sizable and I need a slightly different size; etc.)?
Yes. Through Joanne Stone, you will be able to make a special request in the form of a note when you order. After your order is relayed to us, we will contact you if there is a small additional charge or additional ship time associated with your request. If we are not able to fulfill your request, you will have the option of canceling your order prior to it being charged.
What's the procedure for ordering custom pieces and special orders?
Joanne Stone specializes in unique and one-of-a-kind designer jewelry, and we’re happy to special order pieces.
Special orders are outside the scope of regular designer production and, therefore, we will charge 50% of a special order’s retail price up front. The remaining balance will be charged upon your order’s shipment.
All special orders are final sales and may not be refunded or exchanged.
Our knowledgeable staff is happy to answer any questions about special orders and alterations to existing stock (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc.). Timing and pricing will vary by designer.
Can I purchase a gift card ?

Help! I have a favorite piece of jewelry from your store that needs repair. What is your procedure?
First of all, don't get upset. Jewelry can break the first time you wear it, or after many years. We will work with our jewelers to get your piece repaired or replaced, or get it repaired by one of our local experts. We will let you know in advance any repair charges associated with it, in addition to the shipping charge to get it back to you.. Don't forget to insure your jewelry when you send it, and let us know to expect it, either via a phone call or using our online form.
